Back to business: message from Richard Sempéré

Dear colleagues,
As provided for in the amended Plan de Reprise d'Activité (PRA), all M I O-Marseille colleagues will be able to resume their normal work in the classroom, in compliance with health measures, as of 29 June. For those who would be prevented by health or family constraints justified by a certificate (work doctor, school...) the situation in ASA or distance working may continue. People who feel fragile about returning to face-to-face work will be accompanied by occupational psychologists (from AMU or via the PAS-MGEN network) and by their line managers to seek the best conciliatory solutions. The physical distance of one metre between offices must be respected. If this measure cannot be respected, team managers can organize schedules that allow for the alternating presence of colleagues. As far as the staff and premises of the University of Toulon are concerned, this is not yet envisaged in this form. Indeed, the PRA, which has been in force for several weeks, is still in force. The operation will therefore remain unchanged until the closure of the establishment. On the other hand, the establishment continues to follow the evolution of the health crisis. Thus, the number of people, currently set at 30%, may change in the coming weeks.

Yours sincerely
Richard Sempéré
