Call for doctoral applications for the year 2019

Ifremer offers individual financial assistance contracts for training through research to young university students or engineers holding a Master's degree or equivalent that allows them to enrol in a doctoral school.

These contracts entitle the holder, for a maximum period of 3 years, to a fixed monthly gross remuneration equal to 1900 euros (amount 2018), which may not be combined with other grants, allowances or scholarships. These contracts are intended for students who prepare their thesis in Ifremer laboratories and/or laboratories outside Ifremer, in partnership with universities, research organisations (CNES, INRA, etc.), METEO-FRANCE or Joint Research Units. The proposed research topics correspond to the institution's priorities and contribute to training through research. They have been selected by the Ifremer Doctoral Studies Commission and are presented in the list of thesis topics below, which will be available until the end of June 2019 on the Ifremer website.
