The Franco-Italian University (UFI) informs you that the new Vinci Call for Projects has been published on its website. www.universite-franco-italienne.org. It is designed to support Franco-Italian university cooperation by providing funding for the mobility of students, doctoral students, post-doctoral students and teachers between France and Italy.
Applications can be registered online until 7 February 2020 at 12 noon on the UFI website: www.universite-franco-italienne.org.

The Vinci 2020 Call for Projects comprises 4 chapters:
- Chapter 1 is dedicated to the support of Master's level university courses leading to a double or joint degree.
Funding of up to €30,000 for teachers in charge of Franco-Italian Masters courses.
- Chapter 2 supports mobility in the context of joint theses.
Funding of between €4,000 and €6,000 for doctoral students enrolled in the first or second year of a joint French-Italian thesis in 2019-2020.
- Chapter 3 provides for the award of 3 Doctoral Contracts for co-supervised theses, addressed to Doctoral Schools with a Franco-Italian co-supervised thesis project, for students who will be enrolled in the first year of their Doctorate at the start of the 2020 academic year.
- Chapter 4 offers funding to support post-doctoral integration.
Funding of €25,000 for researchers holding a doctorate under joint French-Italian supervision who have defended their thesis between 10 December 2017 and 30 June 2020.
The aim of the Vinci Programme is to promote the mobility of students, doctoral students and teachers, the exchange of methodologies and teaching experience, the development of language skills, and the creation of a network of scientific excellence and training between the two countries.
