CEM team seminar in La Ciotat

The CEM team met on Tuesday 11/06 for its second June seminar. It took place at the IUT in La Ciotat (thanks to Coraline). There were 35 of us for a day of exchanges and scientific presentations. The M2 and M1 Master's students on placement with the team were able to present their work and receive advice from the colleagues present for their future defense or report. Mathias Pinaud, CEM candidate for ED grants, presented his oral to the assembly. Mingchen Wei, a doctoral student who recently joined the team, gave a presentation on the subject of his research, and we also enjoyed a presentation on the plastisphere by Prof. Joao FRIAS, a guest of UTLN. During the morning session, Emma Jallifer-Merlon was awarded the prize for best M2 presentation.
