High Performance Computing - HPC

Technical manager : Camille Mazoyer

The HPC cluster offers virtual machines with enhanced memory and processors that run on an Infiniband server and are dedicated to intensive high-performance computing.

The cluster includes 35 machines, featuring 300 parallel processing cores and a storage system of 100 To connected to an ultra-high-speed and low-latency network.

The purpose of the cluster, in conjunction with existing national and regional computer centers (IDRIS, CINES, CCRT), is to provide users with direct and rapid access to resources for the development of specific computer routines or modeling tools.

The HPC also enables occasional users to benefit from the computing power for training and education purposes.
