{"id":25754,"date":"2026-05-20T14:18:14","date_gmt":"2026-05-20T12:18:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mio.osupytheas.fr\/?post_type=appel_offre&#038;p=25754"},"modified":"2026-06-19T14:52:19","modified_gmt":"2026-06-19T12:52:19","slug":"anr-mrsei-2026-establishment-of-european-or-international-scientific-networks","status":"publish","type":"appel_offre","link":"https:\/\/www.mio.osupytheas.fr\/en\/appel_offre\/anr-mrsei-2026-montage-de-reseaux-scientifiques-europeens-ou-internationaux\/","title":{"rendered":"ANR - MRSEI 2026 - Setting up European or International Scientific Networks"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Deadline<\/strong>\u00a0: Session 2: <strong>1 September 2026<\/strong> at 13:00 CEST.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"teaser\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">As part of the \u00abBuilding the European Research Area and Enhancing International Attractiveness\u00bb component of the 2026 Action Plan, the \u00abMRSEI\u00bb scheme is being renewed with a rolling application process involving two selection rounds.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"figure-item figure-item--inline\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/figure>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The MRSEI programme was set up to give scientists working in French laboratories the means to submit a research project as coordinator to European (Horizon Europe) or international collaborative calls, giving them the opportunity to develop ambitious interdisciplinary projects and boost their international profile.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Under this call for proposals, only proposals aimed at setting up a European or international scientific network, coordinated by a French team, are expected. These research networks set up under the MRSEI programme are required to apply for an ambitious European or international call for projects.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>NB<\/strong> : For any information or guidance regarding \u00ab <em>Horizon Europe<\/em> \u00bb, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.horizon-europe.gouv.fr\/les-points-de-contact-nationaux-24230\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Please contact the NCPs<\/a> (National Contact Points).<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The selected proposals will receive funding of \u20ac36,000 (\u20ac31,718 in direct costs) for a period of 24 months. The funding received will be used exclusively to finance activities aimed at establishing or strengthening the scientific network (mission expenses, meeting costs, hospitality costs, etc.) and\/or the provision of services and\/or staff costs to assist the coordinator in setting up the European or international project.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The ANR has taken steps to ensure that decisions are taken and funding put in place very quickly:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\r\n \t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">a simplified submission file;<\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">a single beneficiary of the aid on behalf of the entire consortium: the French research organisation;<\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">a selection process carried out by peers and NCPs in a single phase; ;<\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">a unilateral funding decision-making process.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/anr.fr\/fr\/detail\/call\/montage-de-reseaux-scientifiques-europeens-ou-internationaux-mrsei-edition-2026\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>More information<\/strong><\/a><\/h4>","protected":false},"parent":0,"template":"","categorie":[],"class_list":["post-25754","appel_offre","type-appel_offre","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":{"date_limite":"20260901","id_old":""},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.mio.osupytheas.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/appel_offre\/25754","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.mio.osupytheas.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/appel_offre"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.mio.osupytheas.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/appel_offre"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.mio.osupytheas.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=25754"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"categorie","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.mio.osupytheas.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categorie?post=25754"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
