A two-stage application procedure will apply, with pre-proposals to be submitted as a mandatory first step, followed by the submission of full proposals in the second stage, via the Electronic Proposal Submission System (EPSS).<\/p>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\r\n \t<li>Launch of the call: <strong>Wednesday 9 September 2026<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t<li>Deadline for the submission of pre-proposals (compulsory): <strong>Early November 2026<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t<li>Deadline for the submission of full proposals: <strong>Early April 2027<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t<li>Recommendations for funding: <strong>Late September<\/strong> to <strong>early October 2027<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t<li>Start of the projects: Between <strong>1 December 2027<\/strong> and <strong>1 April 2028<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Biodiversa+<\/strong> is pleased to announce the forthcoming launch of a new transnational joint research call entitled <em>Novel ecosystems: biodiversity, socio-ecological consequences and future trajectories (BiodivFuture)<\/em>.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Co-funded by the European Commission, this call, alongside a range of actions under the Biodiversa+ Flagship Programme, will contribute to achieving one of Biodiversa+\u2019s strategic objectives: producing actionable knowledge to drive transformative change and halt and reverse biodiversity loss.<\/p>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Themes<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The research priorities covered by BiodivFuture are organised into three themes that are not mutually exclusive.
