The Eiffel scholarship programme set up by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs enables French higher education establishments to attract the best foreign students to study for a Master's degree or a doctorate.<\/p>

It is designed to train future foreign decision-makers from the private and public sectors in priority areas of study, and to encourage applications from students from emerging countries at Masters level and from emerging and industrialised countries at PhD level.<\/p>

For the University of Toulon, the application must be completed online
no later than Friday 2 December 2022<\/p>

The International Relations Department (SRI) will provide access rights to the online application file once the applicant has contacted the teacher responsible for the Master's programme or the laboratory director.<\/p>

The Eiffel scholarship programme has two components:<\/p>

A Masters programme, which provides funding for a 12-month (Master 2), 24-month (Master 1) or 36-month (engineering diploma) course leading to a degree.
A doctoral programme, which provides funding for 18-month placements<\/p>

The fields of study for the Master's and Doctorate degrees are :
Science and technology :<\/p>

Biology and health
Ecological transition
Mathematics and Numeracy
Engineering Sciences<\/p>

Human and social sciences<\/p>

French history, language and civilisation
Law Political science
Economics Management<\/p>

Conditions of eligibility :<\/p>

Academic excellence is paramount.
Consistency of academic and professional project highlighted.
Reserved for candidates of foreign nationality. Candidates with dual nationality, one of whom is French, are not eligible.
Students already receiving a French government grant under another programme at the time of application are not eligible.
The application of a student whose application has not been accepted at a previous selection is not admissible.<\/p>

Procedures
Master Track procedure<\/p>

only students studying abroad can apply.<\/p>

be no more than 25 years old at the time of the campaign, i.e. born after 31 March 1997<\/p>

Doctorate procedure<\/p>

Students studying abroad have priority over those living in France.<\/p>

be no more than 30 years old at the time of the campaign, i.e. born after 31 March 1992<\/p>

Candidates must complete the following steps:<\/p>

the laboratory director. The laboratory director's contact details are given in https:\/\/www.univ-tln.fr\/-Laboratoires-.html<\/a><\/p>

2\/ Read the vade mecum carefully<\/p>

3\/ Once the above steps have been completed, the SRI will give access rights to the applicant and the teacher or laboratory director to complete the online application file.<\/p>

The candidate completes the \"Candidate information\" section.
The Master's supervisor or laboratory director completes the \"Application form\" section.
The SRI completes the \"General information about the establishment\" section.\"<\/p>
