utilisant des approches innovantes examinant les processus se produisant \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9chelles spatio-temporelles.<\/span><\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><a justify;\">Nos 3 objectifs sp\u00e9cifiques sont les suivants :<\/p><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00e9terminer comment divers diazotrophes s&#8217;agr\u00e8gent, coulent et sont remin\u00e9ralis\u00e9s en utilisant la colonne d&#8217;eau exp\u00e9rimentale automatis\u00e9e SOCRATE con\u00e7ue pour ce projet,<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00e9terminer par quelles voies le C organique d\u00e9riv\u00e9 des diazotrophes est export\u00e9 vers l&#8217;oc\u00e9an profond gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une approche pionni\u00e8re combinant des analyses isotopiques unicellulaires, une caract\u00e9risation microbiologique approfondie des particules qui coulent et des bilans g\u00e9ochimiques lors de campagnes oc\u00e9anographiques saisonni\u00e8res,<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9tudier comment les facteurs environnementaux contr\u00f4lent l&#8217;ensemble du processus, depuis la communaut\u00e9 de diazotrophes de surface jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 leur exportation finale vers l&#8217;oc\u00e9an profond, en d\u00e9ployant une plateforme autonome de pointe, unique car elle effectue des mesures synoptiques \u00e0 la fois dans et sous la zone euphotique \u00e0
