M\u00e9diterran\u00e9en d\u2019Oc\u00e9anologie (MIO) a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une collaboration avec le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.shom.fr\/le-shom\/actualites\/les-communiques\/actualite-detaillee\/article\/mission-protevs-du-bho-beautemps-beaupre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SHOM<\/a> (Service hydrographique et oc\u00e9anographique de la Marine).<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">A.Doglioli et G.Gr\u00e9gori ont embarqu\u00e9 \u00e0 bord du BHO Beautemps Beaupr\u00e9 pour la campagne PROTEVS<sup>1<\/sup>-SWOT<sup>2<\/sup> (PI F.Dumas) en mer M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e occidentale, au sud des \u00eeles Bal\u00e9ares, du <strong>28 avril au 16 mai 2018<\/strong>. En \u00e9troite interaction avec une \u00e9quipe \u00e0 terre (A.Petrenko, S.Barrillon, L.Rousselet, M.Thyssen) et en contact avec des coll\u00e8gues de l\u2019IMEDEA et de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.socib.eu\/index.php?seccion=detalle_noticia&amp;id_noticia=376\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SOCIB<\/a> (PI A.Pascual et J.Allen) \u00e0 bord du r.v. &#8220;Garcia del Cid&#8221;, les chercheurs de MIO ont \u00e9tudi\u00e9 le r\u00f4le jou\u00e9 par les courants marins dans la structure et la dynamique de la communaut\u00e9 phytoplanctonique.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Ces micro-organismes jouent un r\u00f4le majeur car ils sont \u00e0 la base du r\u00e9seau trophique, interviennent dans le cycle des \u00e9l\u00e9ments biog\u00e8nes et alimentent l&#8217;oc\u00e9an en O2 dissous gr\u00e2ce au processus de production primaire.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Un cytom\u00e8tre en flux automatis\u00e9 Cytosense (Cytobuoy) a \u00e9t\u00e9 impl\u00e9ment\u00e9 \u00e0 bord, sur le circuit d\u2019eau de mer du thermosalinographe (TSG) du navire, afin d&#8217;\u00e9tudier les cellules phytoplanctoniques \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle individuelle et \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence (toutes les demi-heures).
