The official launch is scheduled for early 2026, for a three-year period.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The international consortium brings together six partners: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.csic.es\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CSIC<\/a> (Spain), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnr.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CNR<\/a> (Italy), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uab.cat\/web\/universitat-autonoma-de-barcelona-1345467954774.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UAB<\/a> (Spain), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.obs-banyuls.fr\/fr\/rechercher\/unites-de-recherche\/lbbm.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LBBM<\/a> - Banyuls (France), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irb.hr\/eng\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RBI<\/a> (Croatia) and LIMOME (Morocco).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With an overall budget of around \u20ac1.223 million, including a \u20ac730,000 grant, MED-GUARD will analyse the impact of climate change and human pressures on Mediterranean groundwater and the biodiversity it harbours.
