    Abstract<\/strong><\/h4>

    This thesis is part of the APERO project, which aims to improve our understanding of the physical and biogeochemical processes that control the vertical transfer of organic matter from the surface ocean to the mesopelagic zone (200\u20132,000 m). The project is based on an oceanographic campaign conducted from 3 June to 15 July 2023, at the end of the spring phytoplankton bloom, in a region located at the interface between the subpolar and subtropical gyres of the Northeast Atlantic. This work relies on a suite of tools and methodologies designed to integrate the diverse observations collected during the campaign (CTD, gliders, ADCP, satellite data) into a coherent and synoptic representation of the physical dynamics and their connections with the observed biogeochemical structures. This study highlights several factual elements regarding the role of eddy dynamics in shaping the spatial and temporal organization of the biogeochemical properties documented during the campaign.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
