Speich, ENS Paris) est une campagne internationale d\u2019envergure \u00e0 deux navires au large du bassin du Cap (Oc\u00e9an Austral), r\u00e9unissant une centaine de scientifiques de France, Su\u00e8de, Allemagne et Afrique du Sud, ayant pour objectif de mieux comprendre comment les tourbillons oc\u00e9aniques de petite \u00e9chelle influencent la circulation de l&#8217;oc\u00e9an, les \u00e9changes de chaleur, de carbone et de nutriments avec l&#8217;atmosph\u00e8re, ainsi que le climat.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour suivre ces ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes tr\u00e8s dynamiques, la mission a permis de d\u00e9ployer un ensemble unique de plateformes d&#8217;observation autonomes.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans ce contexte, un glider du Parc d\u2019Instruments National Glider (PING), g\u00e9r\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e9quipe technique du MIO\/OSU, a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 \u00e0 partir du N\/R Marion Dufresne durant 16 jours.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette mission a permis de r\u00e9colter un jeu de donn\u00e9es sur un parcours de pr\u00e8s de 700 km reliant un anticyclone et le centre d&#8217;un cyclone avec des profils r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 1 000 m de profondeur.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les mesures acquises \u00e0 haute r\u00e9solution permettent de reconstituer la temp\u00e9rature, la salinit\u00e9, et les param\u00e8tres biog\u00e9ochimiques. De plus, ce glider avait la particularit\u00e9 originale d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019un syst\u00e8me d\u2019imagerie des particules et du plancton ( UVP6). Compl\u00e9mentaires des autres plateformes autonomes et des observations du navire, ces donn\u00e9es permettront de caract\u00e9riser le couplage entre la dynamique physique et la biologie ainsi que les flux de carbone associ\u00e9es \u00e0 ce tourbillon, et ainsi d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer la compr\u00e9hension et la mod\u00e9lisation de ces processus qui r\u00e9gissent le fonctionnement de
