Atelier Cuisine marine durable<\/strong><\/h4>

Les produits de la mer sont reconnus pour leurs bienfaits sur la sant\u00e9. Pourtant, la surexploitation de certaines esp\u00e8ces et les impacts sur la biodiversit\u00e9 marine soul\u00e8vent aujourd’hui de nombreuses questions. Parall\u00e8lement, certaines esp\u00e8ces encore peu connues prolif\u00e8rent et peuvent d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibrer les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes marins. Leur consommation pourrait contribuer \u00e0 pr\u00e9server la biodiversit\u00e9 tout en diversifiant notre alimentation.<\/p>

Cet atelier grand public propose de d\u00e9couvrir quelles esp\u00e8ces marines privil\u00e9gier pour une consommation plus durable et responsable. Des cuisiniers locaux partageront \u00e9galement des recettes originales et accessibles pour apprendre \u00e0 cuisiner ces ressources marines autrement.<\/p>
