{"id":21388,"date":"2025-05-12T11:48:18","date_gmt":"2025-05-12T09:48:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mio.osupytheas.fr\/?post_type=tribe_events&#038;p=21388"},"modified":"2025-05-12T11:53:17","modified_gmt":"2025-05-12T09:53:17","slug":"marine-policy-coherence-from-challenges-to-solutions-summer-school-training","status":"publish","type":"tribe_events","link":"https:\/\/www.mio.osupytheas.fr\/en\/agenda\/marine-policy-coherence-from-challenges-to-solutions-summer-school-training\/","title":{"rendered":"Marine policy coherence: from challenges to solutions - Summer School Training"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Horizon Europe <em>CrossGov project<\/em> and the <em>Ocean Institute of Aix-Marseille University<\/em> are co-organising a <strong>Summer training addressing marine policy coherence challenges and solutions<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dedicated to <strong>students<\/strong> interested or studying political science, environmental law, ocean management and protection (Bachelor\/master, and Doctoral levels) in Europe, as well as for <strong>young European professionals working<\/strong> on the design and implementation of public policies;<\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Focused on <strong>marine policy coherence and integration<\/strong> with a land-sea interface perspective with the training's methods and learnings relevant to other policy integration and coherence challenges;<\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Structured into a <strong>3 day sharing and learning experience<\/strong> - discussing the state of the marine policies in Europe, presenting tools and methodologies that help assessing policy coherence, and getting hands-on experiences in applying these to real case\/projects from different European seas including from the Mediterranean;<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Number of students<\/strong> : 25<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Registration fee<\/strong> 50 Euros (150 EUR for young professionals)(incudes materials, coffee breaks, lunches and dinners)<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Travel and accommodation<\/strong> Travel is the responsibility of training participants. Pre-booking of accommodation will be made but participants will cover accommodation costs.
