The event One health - Health and the ocean<\/a> from 20<\/strong> at 22 June 2025<\/strong> at the Cit\u00e9 des sciences et de l'industrie<\/a>A programme of exhibitions, creative workshops, inspiring scientific encounters, participatory science and sensitive stories... A whole programme to question our imaginations and cross our views during convivial moments combining art, science, mystery and travel.<\/p>\r\n

It's against this backdrop that Fanny and Pauline, two researchers from the Institut M\u00e9diterran\u00e9en d'Oc\u00e9anologie (MIO), are offering you a participatory science trail and an immersive experience of the deep ocean in different spaces. As part of their interdisciplinary work, they are studying our relationship with the ocean.<\/p>\r\n

You will be guided on a sensory and scientific journey, then invited to answer a questionnaire, which requires no specific knowledge, to share your opinion and advance research in the humanities and social sciences.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

The programme<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n

Underwater photography, reflections on the deep ocean, an interview with a scientific submarine pilot, animal melodies and bioluminescent bacteria!<\/p>\r\n

To take part, all you have to do is be aged 18 or over and live in the Paris Region.<\/p>\r\n

The experience is not suitable for people with severe visual or hearing impairments. The event is estimated to last around 1 hour 15 minutes.<\/p>\r\n
