This year\u2019s theme focuses on <em>Transition, divergence and SMEs<\/em> and an event to be held in the PACA region, in Aix-en-Provence, on <strong>5 November 2026<\/strong>, in partnership with the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolitan Area and the Arbois Technology Park.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As is the case every year, a call for papers is being issued to showcase work that combines scientific research and fieldwork (afternoon sessions).<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This year, the aim is to create or highlight links between low-tech and other approaches or frameworks that resonate with SME stakeholders seeking to chart a new course to ensure the long-term viability of their businesses in an unstable world.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The topics are:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\r\n \t<li>Low-tech \u2013 adaptation \u2013 resilience to climate change<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Low-tech and collaboration and\/or cooperation (the functional and cooperative economy)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition to the two points mentioned above, the call for papers also covers initiatives that address themes central to low-tech and its socio-economic dissemination:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\r\n \t<li>Bifurcation and change of scale<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Low-tech and business models<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/journeelowtech.wp.imt.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>More information<\/strong><\/a><\/h4>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Appel \u00e0 contribution &#8211; Date limite de r\u00e9ception des r\u00e9sum\u00e9s (200 mots) : 3 juillet 2026.
