{"id":29149,"date":"2026-07-06T09:04:39","date_gmt":"2026-07-06T07:04:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mio.osupytheas.fr\/?post_type=tribe_events&#038;p=29149"},"modified":"2026-07-06T09:04:39","modified_gmt":"2026-07-06T07:04:39","slug":"3rd-national-methane-conference","status":"publish","type":"tribe_events","link":"https:\/\/www.mio.osupytheas.fr\/en\/agenda\/3emes-journees-nationales-methane\/","title":{"rendered":"3rd National Methane Conference"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deadline for abstract submissions:<strong> 11 September 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The 3rd edition of the National Methane Days is being held in Paris over two half-days on <strong>17<\/strong> and <strong>18 November 2026<\/strong>, with a view to bringing together the French scientific communities working on methane, as well as industrial partners and interested local authorities, to exchange views and take stock of recently acquired knowledge, impacts and opportunities with stakeholders representing societal interests.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Two sessions are available:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\r\n \t<li>the <strong>17 November<\/strong> The afternoon will be devoted to recent findings from methane research,<\/li>\r\n \t<li>the <strong>18 November<\/strong> The morning will be devoted to the links between methane research and society at large: partnerships with industry, the service sector and local authorities; national and European regulatory aspects; and so on.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you would like to propose an oral presentation (15 minutes) or a poster for these sessions, please submit an abstract on the \u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/jnm-2026.sciencesconf.org\/user\/submit?lang=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Submit<\/a>\u201d and to register on the \u201cregistration\u201d page before <strong>3 July 2026<\/strong>.
