Cette observation est articul\u00e9e \u00e0 une approche syst\u00e9mique, repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e ici par la notion de nexus, soit une logique d\u2019interaction entre trois dimensions : la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, l\u2019environnement et la technologie. Cette combinaison peut \u00eatre activ\u00e9e dans un nombre vari\u00e9 de r\u00e9gions et de territoires, quelle que soit la technologie au centre du syst\u00e8me \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Elle permet d\u2019appr\u00e9hender la transformation des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, dans un contexte de territorialisation des politiques publiques et dans une perspective de
