Le crabe bleu Am\u00e9ricain, originaire de la c\u00f4te atlantique am\u00e9ricaine, est une esp\u00e8ce invasive tr\u00e8s vorace et adaptable. Il menace la biodiversit\u00e9 locale en pr\u00e9datant poissons, mollusques et crustac\u00e9s. Il perturbe \u00e9galement les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes lagunaires et les activit\u00e9s de p\u00eache artisanale.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Face \u00e0 cette invasion, la recherche scientifique se mobilise pour mieux comprendre sa biologie, ses modes de dispersion et son impact \u00e9cologique. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une formidable mobilisation de divers acteurs acad\u00e9miques et non-acad\u00e9miques, une v\u00e9ritable bataille s\u2019est organis\u00e9e. L\u2019objectif global est de limiter sa prolif\u00e9ration tout en prot\u00e9geant les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes et les \u00e9conomies locales. Cela passe par la mise en \u0153uvre de plans de lutte combinant p\u00eache cibl\u00e9e, pi\u00e9geage et r\u00e9gulation des populations.
