Les particules de &#8216;black carbon&#8217; sont tr\u00e8s r\u00e9actives et absorbent la mati\u00e8re organique dissoute, promouvant la colonisation bact\u00e9rienne. Le potentiel des bact\u00e9ries marines pour d\u00e9grader le black carbon et contribuer \u00e0 la pompe biologique de carbone est encore inconnu.<br>En novembre 2018 nous avons \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la colonisation microbienne des particules de\u00a0 &#8216;black carbon&#8217; \u00e0 la Baie d\u2019Halong au Vietnam. En utilisant la technologie de spectrom\u00e9trie de masse au niveau cellulaire (nanoscale secondary ion mass spectrometry ou nanoSIMS), on a pu constater la colonisation des particules de &#8216;black carbon&#8217; par des biofilms bact\u00e9riens <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0048969719321667\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">en pr\u00e9sence d&#8217;acides amin\u00e9s<\/a>.<br>En 2019, nous poursuivrons le programme avec des mesures des taux de respiration des bact\u00e9ries qui colonisent les particules de &#8216;black carbon&#8217;.<br>\u00a0<\/p>      <\/div>      <\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>            <\/div>                                      <\/div>    <\/div>  <\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"featured_media":4489,"parent":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-7240","archive_page","type-archive_page","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":{"id_old":"2125","category_old":"Contaminants et pollution marine"},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.mio.osupytheas.fr\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/archive_page\/7240","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.mio.osupytheas.fr\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/archive_page"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.mio.osupytheas.fr\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/archive_page"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.mio.osupytheas.fr\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/4489"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.mio.osupytheas.fr\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=7240"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
