Radakovitch)<\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\">Le projet <strong>BALTOMS<\/strong> (2017-2019) est financ\u00e9 par le Labex OT-MED.<\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\">Il se focalise sur l\u2019<strong>\u00e9tude de la d\u00e9gradation biotique de la MO terrestre (MOPT) rejet\u00e9e par les fleuves en mer<\/strong>. En effet, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es cette MOPT \u00e9tait consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme r\u00e9fractaire \u00e0 la d\u00e9gradation alors qu\u2019elle subit une d\u00e9gradation biotique et abiotique intense dans les estuaires.<\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\">\u00a0<\/p><h4 class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color:#E6E6FA;\"><strong>Principaux r\u00e9sultats obtenus<\/strong><\/span><\/h4><p class=\"rtejustify\">\u00a0<\/p><ul><li class=\"rtejustify\">D\u00e9gradation de la MOPT favoris\u00e9e \u00e0 forte salinit\u00e9 (changement de la structure des communaut\u00e9s bact\u00e9riennes \u2192 s\u00e9lection de bact\u00e9ries d\u00e9gradant plus efficacement la MOPT).<\/li><li class=\"rtejustify\">D\u00e9gradation de la MOPT acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e en pr\u00e9sence de potamoplancton (ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de \u2018priming effect\u2019) (assimilation de substrats r\u00e9calcitrants (MOPT) favoris\u00e9e en pr\u00e9sence de co-substrats facilement assimilables (diatom\u00e9es d\u2019eau douce)).<\/li><li class=\"rtejustify\">Confirmation in situ (mise en \u00e9vidence d\u2019un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de priming effect induit par les diatom\u00e9es marines).<\/li><li class=\"rtejustify\">Actuellement, un marquage isotopique de l\u2019ADN\/ARN des communaut\u00e9s adapt\u00e9es\u00a0 \u00e0 la d\u00e9gradation de la MOPT\/MO marine est en cours (DNA \u2013 SIP) afin d\u2019identifier les bact\u00e9ries impliqu\u00e9es dans la d\u00e9gradation de la MOPT.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"rtejustify\">\u00a0<\/p><h4 class=\"rtejustify\"><span style=\"color:#E6E6FA;\"><strong>Publications<\/strong><\/span><\/h4><p class=\"rtejustify\">\u00a0<\/p><ul><li class=\"rtejustify\">Rapport de stage de M2 de M-H.
