200\/2000m).<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"paragraphs\"><div class=\"paragraphs-items paragraphs-items-field-paragraphs paragraphs-items-field-paragraphs-full paragraphs-items-full\"><div class=\"field field-name-field-paragraphs field-type-paragraphs field-label-hidden\"><div class=\"field-items\"><div class=\"field-item even\"><section class=\"paragraph-section paragraph-texte-simple paragraph-blanc\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"paragraph-content\"><p class=\"rtejustify\">APERO vise \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l&#8217;\u00e9cart entre la quantit\u00e9 de carbone organique produit par photosynth\u00e8se qui s&#8217;enfonce hors de la surface et la demande de carbone biologique en profondeur dans la colonne d&#8217;eau.<\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\">Les trois principales contributions originales d&#8217;APERO sont l&#8217;\u00e9tude du r\u00f4le de la circulation sous-mesure (~1-10km) \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de profileurs autonomes et de nouveaux instruments optiques, de la fonction des g\u00e8nes li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;exportation du carbone et la mise en \u0153uvre de mod\u00e8les innovants concernant les flux biog\u00e9ochimiques et l&#8217;\u00e9cologie mol\u00e9culaire.<\/p><p class=\"rtejustify\">Bas\u00e9e sur une intense collaboration internationale et une strat\u00e9gie d&#8217;observation ambitieuse, l&#8217;\u00e9tude in situ (objectif de ce projet ANR) est pr\u00e9vue en 2020 (Atlantique NE : 40 jours de croisi\u00e8re avec 2 navires). APERO r\u00e9duira les incertitudes quant \u00e0 notre capacit\u00e9 de mod\u00e9liser la s\u00e9questration du carbone dans l&#8217;oc\u00e9an.<\/p><p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\"
