Leur ordre de grandeur, largement inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des vitesses horizontales, rend leur mesure in situ particuli\u00e8rement difficile. Pour relever ce d\u00e9fi, l\u2019\u00e9quipe propose des d\u00e9veloppements instrumentaux et m\u00e9thodologiques innovants. Les d\u00e9ploiements de ces instruments permettent l\u2019\u00e9tude des vitesses verticales et leur impact sur les processus biog\u00e9ochimiques, tels que la pompe \u00e0 carbone et la remont\u00e9e des nutriments.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En particulier, l\u2019\u00e9quipe s\u2019int\u00e9resse aux fines e\u0301chelles oce\u0301aniques (de 1 a\u0300 100 km pour une dure\u0301e de vie de quelques jours a\u0300 quelques mois) pouvant impliquer une dynamique age\u0301ostrophique et tridimensionnelle, ge\u0301ne\u0301ralement associe\u0301e a\u0300 la pre\u0301sence de vitesses verticales. Bosse, A. Petrenko). Le projet propose d\u2019aider \u00e0 la collecte de mesures par planeurs sous-marins durant la phase de Calibration\/Validation du satellite SWOT afin d\u2019\u00e9tudier le signal de courants g\u00e9ostrophiques sous la fauch\u00e9e du satellite r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e quotidiennement d\u2019avril 2023 \u00e0 juillet 2023. Le projet poss\u00e8de deux r\u00e9gions d\u2019\u00e9tudes: la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e Nord-occidentale et les Mers Nordiques o\u00f9 deux syst\u00e8mes d\u2019observations \u00e0 long-terme d\u00e9ploient r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des gliders (respectivement MOOSE et NorEMSO).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Projet CNRS LEFE-IMAGO 2023-2025, DISTURB-SWOT<\/strong> : DISentangling TURBulence and fine-scale processes : a combined in situ\/satellite approach during SWOT CalVal period, 36.5k\u20ac (A. Ce projet vise \u00e0 effectuer des mesures de turbulence de microstructure par planeur sous-marin lors de la campagne BioSWOT-Med en avril 2023 afin d\u2019\u00e9tudier la cascade d\u2019\u00e9chelle des grandes \u00e9chelles vers la dissipation d\u2019\u00e9nergie cin\u00e9tique turbulente dans le contexte des nouvelles mesures du satellite SWOT et lors d\u2019une campagne ax\u00e9 sur le couplage entre la physique et la biog\u00e9ochimie et la biologie.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a title=\"MOOSE\" href=\"https:\/\/www.moose-network.fr\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wplink-edit=\"true\"><strong>MOOSE<\/strong><\/a> : Service National d\u2019Observation labellis\u00e9 par le CNRS-INSU depuis 2010, budget MIO 60k\u20ac\/an (A. Ce syst\u00e8me d\u2019observaion effectue un suivi \u00e0 long-terme du syst\u00e8me physique, biog\u00e9ochimique et biologique de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e Nord-Occidentale. Le MIO et l\u2019OSU Pytheas prennent en charge plusieurs sites du SNO MOOSE: radiale glider r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e T02 (Marseille-Minorque), campagne annuelle grande \u00e9chelle MOOSE-GE et station CTD mensuelle sur le site ANTARES, collecte de d\u00e9p\u00f4ts atmosph\u00e9riques au Frioul, radars HF \u00e0 Toulon et Nice, mouillage JULIO \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e de la baie de
