Il repr\u00e9sente ainsi un r\u00e9servoir d\u2019adaptations (g\u00e8nes de r\u00e9sistance, assemblage d\u2019esp\u00e8ces dominantes) tr\u00e8s accessible.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans un environnement complexe, sous de multiples influences naturelles et humaines, la communaut\u00e9 microbienne s\u2019adapte en priorit\u00e9 aux perturbations qui ont le plus d\u2019impact sur sa croissance et sa survie. L\u2019\u00e9tude des adaptations du plancton microbien \u00e0 son environnement local repr\u00e9sente donc une voie de diagnostic des principales perturbations pour la diversit\u00e9 biologique marine.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1875d6d e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"1875d6d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e23e6b elementor-widget elementor-widget-video\" data-id=\"2e23e6b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;youtube_url&quot;:&quot;https:\\\/\\\/youtu.be\\\/M8WxJS9wVQs&quot;,&quot;video_type&quot;:&quot;youtube&quot;,&quot;controls&quot;:&quot;yes&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"video.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-wrapper elementor-open-inline\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-video\"><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c4d7ba2 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"c4d7ba2\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-731bc36 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"731bc36\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le projet MICROSURV a pour ambition d\u2019\u00e9valuer la pertinence de diff\u00e9rents indicateurs microbiens dans diff\u00e9rents contextes portuaires. \u00c9tablir la hi\u00e9rarchie des pressions humaines exerc\u00e9es sur le milieu marin dans l\u2019environnement portuaire pourrait contribuer, \u00e0 terme, \u00e0 fournir une expertise aux gestionnaires de ports leur permettant de prioriser leurs actions en vue de l\u2019atteinte d\u2019un bon \u00e9tat \u00e9cologique de l\u2019eau de leur port.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">MICROSURV se focalisera sur 3 caract\u00e9ristiques du plancton microbien \u00e9tudi\u00e9e par des approches innovantes :<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">les relations de dominance au sein du phytoplancton, \u00e0 la base du r\u00e9seau trophique, \u00e9tudi\u00e9es par analyse d\u2019images acquises \u00e0 tr\u00e8s haute fr\u00e9quence,<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">les associations de microorganismes aux m\u00e9tabolismes vari\u00e9s, assurant notamment le fonctionnement de la boucle microbienne, gr\u00e2ce au s\u00e9quen\u00e7age de fragments d\u2019ADN permettant l\u2019identification des esp\u00e8ces pr\u00e9sentes,<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\">le r\u00e9pertoire de g\u00e8nes pr\u00e9sents voire enrichis au sein de la communaut\u00e9 microbienne, notamment ses g\u00e8nes de r\u00e9sistance aux substances toxiques ou de d\u00e9gradation de contaminants chimiques, gr\u00e2ce au s\u00e9quen\u00e7age de l\u2019ensemble des g\u00e9nomes microbien planctoniques.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans le cadre du projet MICROSURV, des donn\u00e9es biologiques existantes seront exploit\u00e9es pour identifier les premiers indicateurs microbiens potentiels. Une fois ces bioindicateurs d\u00e9finis, une campagne d&#8217;\u00e9chantillonnage sera men\u00e9e de janvier 2025 \u00e0 janvier 2026 pour tester et valider ces outils de bioindication afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer les limites de leur pr\u00e9cision.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durant cette campagne, des pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements d&#8217;eau en surface seront r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans diff\u00e9rentes zones portuaires de la r\u00e9gion toulonnaise, chacune pr\u00e9sentant des niveaux et types d&#8217;influence humaine contrast\u00e9s. Cette approche permettra de confronter les outils de bioindication \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 structurelle des zones portuaires. Afin de distinguer l\u2019influence des activit\u00e9s portuaires de celle d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nements non directement li\u00e9s aux activit\u00e9s des ports, cette campagne tiendra compte des variations saisonni\u00e8res et climatiques ponctuelles (\u00e9pisodes m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ens, coups de vent). En renouvelant naturellement la masse d\u2019eau ou en entrainant l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de substances depuis le bassin versant, ces perturbations peuvent entrainer des r\u00e9ponses microbiennes qu\u2019il convient de diff\u00e9rencier de celles li\u00e9es aux activit\u00e9s portuaires. Cette campagne de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement inclura des analyses physico-chimiques du milieu pour fournir un contexte environnemental d\u00e9taill\u00e9, en parall\u00e8le des analyses biologiques ciblant diff\u00e9rents bioindicateurs.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sur la base des r\u00e9sultats obtenus, notamment en ce qui concerne la pertinence des indicateurs microbiens \u00e9tudi\u00e9s et leur variabilit\u00e9 spatiotemporelle, des propositions de conditions de mise en \u0153uvre des outils d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s pour une surveillance r\u00e9guli\u00e8re seront fournies pour diff\u00e9rents sc\u00e9narii (observation \u00e0 long terme, recherche ou suivi de sources de pollution, hi\u00e9rarchie de sources de pollution dans un site
