L&#8217;\u00e9tude des interactions physico chimique et microbiologiques, mais aussi la possibilit\u00e9 de valider des proc\u00e9dures automatis\u00e9es, n\u00e9cessite un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&#8217;eau de mer naturelle. Le SSL@MM est un service commun et laboratoire de recherche appartenant au MIO, et install\u00e9 dans le b\u00e2timent 4 de la station marine d\u2019Endoume. Un r\u00e9seau hydraulique contr\u00f4l\u00e9 permet la distribution d\u2019eau de mer pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 au milieu de la <\/span><span class=\"author-a-z73zz82zpz79zz88zpc2gcz87zz77zz88znpb\">C<\/span><span class=\"author-a-farz86zz65zz80z3i4az81ze9z71zz75zz82z\">alanque aux cuivres vers le laboratoire, fonctionnant en circuit continu. L\u2019objectif su SSL@MM est de mettre \u00e0 disposition un ensemble de fonctionnalit\u00e9 permettant le d\u00e9ploiement d\u2018instruments support de recherche, d\u2019observation, ou de d\u00e9veloppement technique et m\u00e9thodologique.<\/span><\/div><div id=\"magicdomid63\" class=\"ace-line\" aria-live=\"assertive\"><span class=\"author-a-farz86zz65zz80z3i4az81ze9z71zz75zz82z\">Il est ouvert aux programmes de recherches et collaborations internationales. Le pompage continu et doux de l&#8217;eau de mer de la Calanque aux Cuivres vers des robinets en conditions de laboratoire est un succ\u00e8s, valid\u00e9 par son fonctionnement quasi continu. De m\u00eame, le mode de nettoyage des tuyaux pour l&#8217;arriv\u00e9e de l&#8217;eau de mer est une routine bien g\u00e9r\u00e9e. La strat\u00e9gie haute fr\u00e9quence et sur du long terme permet d&#8217;\u00e9tudier les cycles diurnes et saisonniers d&#8217;un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me marin littoral, et vise \u00e0 capturer les effets des \u00e9v\u00e9nements impulsionnels de types coups de vents, temp\u00eates, pluies sur les communaut\u00e9s phytoplanctoniques, certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments chimiques et hydrologiques, ainsi
