Des coupes &#8220;optiques&#8221; d&#8217;une \u00e9paisseur d&#8217;environ 0.4\u00b5m sont obtenues \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents niveaux de l&#8217;\u00e9chantillon qui permettent une reconstruction 3D de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce microscope est aussi capable de fournir des images de dur\u00e9e de vie de fluorescence (FLIM) de quelques centaines de picosecondes \u00e0 la microseconde. Une application typique de FLIM est FLIM &#8211; FRET (F\u00f6rster\u00a0Resonance Energy Transfer). Le FRET est une technique bien \u00e9tablie pour \u00e9tudier les interactions mol\u00e9culaires. Le P\u00f4le d\u00e9veloppera ces F-techniques pour \u00e9tudier les complexations mati\u00e8re organique \/ polluants \u00e9mergents.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les techniques compl\u00e9mentaires permettent de d\u00e9finir les concentrations en carbone organique et inorganique dissous (COD et CID) \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un analyseur TOC-V et celles de l\u2019azote total (NT) avec le module adapt\u00e9. Sans cette formation, aucun utilisateur novice n\u2019est admis \u00e0 utiliser le mat\u00e9riel. L\u2019acc\u00e8s aux salles laser est r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux personnes ayant le niveau laser I.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le P\u00f4le propose aussi des prestations de service simple sur projet de recherche ou de prestations de service compl\u00e8tes de A \u00e0 Z avec analyse de donn\u00e9es et r\u00e9sultats. C\u2019est le cas d\u2019une prestation sur devis apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9tude de votre demande.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les utilisateurs doivent fournir toutes les informations relatives aux risques \u00e9ventuels pour les manipulateurs. Le co\u00fbt d\u2019analyse est donn\u00e9 dans le tableau r\u00e9capitulatif.<\/p>\n<h4>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Utilisation du mat\u00e9riel<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les utilisateurs autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s libre s&#8217;engagent \u00e0 remplir syst\u00e9matiquement le \u00ab cahier du suivi des utilisateurs \u00bb mis \u00e0 leur disposition et de signaler sur le cahier et sur GRR les probl\u00e8mes rencontr\u00e9s lors de l\u2019utilisation. En cas de dysfonctionnement, ils doivent contacter le responsable de l\u2019\u00e9quipement. Chaque utilisateur est responsable de l\u2019\u00e9tat de propret\u00e9 dans lequel il laisse l\u2019appareil en fin de s\u00e9ance.<\/p>\n<h4>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>R\u00e9servations<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les r\u00e9servations des \u00e9quipements se font uniquement par le biais du <a href=\"https:\/\/grr.univ-tln.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">site Intranet<\/a> ou par les personnels du PSOI-CN apr\u00e8s validation du la demande d\u2019analyse.
