Il s\u2019agit de mol\u00e9cules d\u2019origine naturelle dont les lipides (st\u00e9rols, isopr\u00e9no\u00efdes, acides gras) et les sucres mais \u00e9galement de mol\u00e9cules d\u2019origine anthropique (divers contaminants historiques et \u00e9mergents). Les analyses se font par\u00a0 chromatographie en phase gazeuse\u00a0ou liquide (GC-MS, GC-MS\/MS, GC Q-TOF, LC Q-TOF).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les techniques de pr\u00e9paration des \u00e9chantillons employ\u00e9es dans le p\u00f4le organique\u00a0sont diverses\u00a0: filtration, lyophilisation, syst\u00e8me d\u2019extraction acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e par solvants (ASE), extraction\/purification en phase solide (SPE). Les matrices trait\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre solides (s\u00e9diments, plancton, sols ou a\u00e9rosols) ou liquides (eau douce ou eau de mer).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le p\u00f4le
