Cette campagne ambitieuse s\u2019articulait autour de trois objectifs principaux :<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u2022 Rel\u00e8ve des mouillages physiques (ADCP et VV-LINE)<\/strong> : la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e de donn\u00e9es a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9e avec succ\u00e8s. L\u2019ensemble est d\u00e9sormais en cours de traitement, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019implication d\u2019Anne Petrenko et de Kevin Robache, postdoctorant HOPE-VV.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u2022 Rel\u00e8ve, refit et red\u00e9ploiement de l\u2019Export Line<\/strong> : cette ligne biog\u00e9ochimique fixe de 700 m, \u00e9quip\u00e9e de 28 capteurs et de 8 pi\u00e8ges \u00e0 particules, permet des analyses biog\u00e9ochimiques, isotopiques, omics et optiques (gels traps) sur la neige marine et les conditions environnementales associ\u00e9es. Deux ann\u00e9es compl\u00e8tes de donn\u00e9es ont ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 collect\u00e9es, avec un \u00e9chantillonnage de neige marine \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence (tous les deux jours), un tr\u00e9sor de donn\u00e9es. Cette ligne fonctionne en tandem avec la bou\u00e9e intelligente HOPE, assurant la continuit\u00e9 des observations dans la couche euphotique.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u2022 D\u00e9ploiement d\u2019une nouvelle ligne biog\u00e9ochimique (IODA-line)<\/strong> : r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en collaboration avec Dominique Lef\u00e8vre (\u00e9quipe Biog\u00e9ochimie) et Carl Gojak (DT-INSU), cette ligne munie d\u2019un IODA (In situ Oxygen Dynamic Auto-sampler) op\u00e8re d\u00e9sormais en parall\u00e8le du cytom\u00e8tre en flux embarqu\u00e9 sur la bou\u00e9e, en collab avec Lotty Thyssen (\u00e9quipe Biog\u00e9ochimie). L\u2019objectif est de coupler l\u2019\u00e9tude des flux m\u00e9taboliques et de la biodiversit\u00e9 planctonique \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une mission exigeante, rendue possible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019expertise et \u00e0 l\u2019engagement des ing\u00e9nieurs de la DT-INSU, de l\u2019unit\u00e9 IMAGO, de l\u2019\u00e9quipe ERC HOPE du MIO bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Noum\u00e9a, ainsi que de l\u2019\u00e9quipage du navire Antea (FOF).
