Ses travaux de recherche portaient sur l\u2019utilisation de mod\u00e8les num\u00e9riques pour \u00e9tudier le transport, la dispersion et la connectivit\u00e9 en mer, en particulier dans les zones c\u00f4ti\u00e8res, en appliquant des approches lagrangiennes \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents sujets d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat, notamment les stocks halieutiques, les algues envahissantes et les d\u00e9chets marins. Plus r\u00e9cemment, elle a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 comment les changements climatiques li\u00e9s \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature, aux remont\u00e9es d\u2019eau et \u00e0 la disponibilit\u00e9 alimentaire peuvent affecter la r\u00e9partition, la productivit\u00e9 et la dynamique des petites esp\u00e8ces p\u00e9lagiques dans le syst\u00e8me de remont\u00e9e d\u2019eau au large de l\u2019Afrique du Nord-Ouest. Elle est actuellement en visite au MIO pendant deux semaines afin de r\u00e9diger une demande de bourse postdoctorale MSCA.<\/p><h4>\u00a0<\/h4><h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>R\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/strong><\/h4><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hydrodynamic features play a crucial role in shaping the dispersal, connectivity, and population dynamics of marine species. Here we explore how physics-to-biology modelling frameworks can help elucidate the mechanisms by which hydrodynamic processes govern biological outcomes in two environmentally dynamic regions. First, in the Mediterranean Sea, a Lagrangian particle tracking algorithm coupled to a high-resolution hydrodynamic model is used to map dispersal pathways in the Alboran and Adriatic Seas, with applications including fish larvae and invasive macroalgae. Shifting to the Eastern Atlantic, an end-to-end modelling framework coupling ocean circulation, lower-trophic ecosystem and individual-based models is applied to two small pelagic species in the Canary Current Upwelling System, to identify mechanisms by which large-scale climate variability impacts their spatiotemporal dynamics, and to generate future projections of abundance and biomass distribution.
