Les groupes observ\u00e9s par cytom\u00e9trie en flux en milieu marin ont port\u00e9 de nombreux identifiants dont la d\u00e9finition n\u2019\u00e9tait pas toujours partag\u00e9e entre experts. Dans le papier Thyssen et al., 2022, un consortium international de 35 chercheurs, issus de 28 instituts diff\u00e9rents, ont \u0153uvr\u00e9s pour cr\u00e9er le vocabulaire et la d\u00e9finition de 13 groupes cytom\u00e9triques observ\u00e9s classiquement dans le milieu marin et appartenant au procaryotes et eucaryotes autotrophes et aux procaryotes h\u00e9t\u00e9rotrophes. Ce travail port\u00e9 par le MIO (Soumaya Lahbib (pr\u00e9sente au MIO de 2015 \u00e0 2018), G\u00e9rald Gr\u00e9gori, Aude Barani, Michel Denis, Melilotus Thyssen), a \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9 suite \u00e0 la participation du MIO aux projets europ\u00e9ens SeaDataCloud et Jerico.
