The Horizon Europe CrossGov project and the Ocean Institute of Aix-Marseille University are co-organising a Summer training addressing marine policy coherence challenges and solutions.
- Dedicated to students interested or studying political science, environmental law, ocean management and protection (Bachelor/master, and Doctoral levels) in Europe, as well as for young European professionals working on the design and implementation of public policies;
- Focused on marine policy coherence and integration with a land-sea interface perspective with the training’s methods and learnings relevant to other policy integration and coherence challenges;
- Structured into a 3 day sharing and learning experience – discussing the state of the marine policies in Europe, presenting tools and methodologies that help assessing policy coherence, and getting hands-on experiences in applying these to real case/projects from different European seas including from the Mediterranean;

Registration fee : 50 Euros (150 EUR for young professionals)(incudes materials, coffee breaks, lunches and dinners)
Travel and accommodation : Travel is the responsibility of training participants. Pre-booking of accommodation will be made but participants will cover accommodation costs. A limited number of travel grants will be available (travel assistance up to 300 Euros).
