5-6 December 2018 - The MIO hosted the autumn session of the National Coastal Fleet Commission (NCFC)

The purpose of the CNFC is to evaluate campaign requests from coastal vessels and to ensure that the request is relevant in terms of the ship time requested and the operations carried out. These evaluations are carried out in the presence of representatives of the various organisations using the fleet and the fleet operators.

The results of these assessments are the first elements in the programming of the ships.

The aim of this autumn session was to assess the applications for vessels backed by ANR projects and to evaluate the reports on the campaigns carried out in previous years.

The deputy director and scientific director of the oceanographic fleet, Pascal Morin (TGIR), attended the event.
