Le Terre & Avenir Environmental and Humanist Film Festival will take place in Salon de Provence from 29 January at 5 February 2025. In its 2025 edition, it is presenting a wide-ranging and diverse programme designed to encourage the emergence of new imaginations, far removed from the anxiety-inducing rhetoric, and to contribute to the transformation of society.
Enjoy your food without damaging the ocean: With From plate to oceanIn this section, we meet scientists, activists, entrepreneurs and politicians to show how fishing, industrial livestock farming, the use of pesticides and chemical fertilisers and the transport of goods are altering the natural balance and threatening marine ecosystems. Of course, we don't stop there. A new narrative is emerging. We show that it is possible to limit the problems by making the right choices, at every level. Because yes, we can all enjoy eating without damaging the ocean.
