Launch:
- call for projects FIR Colloquia 2026 as part of amU's support for scientific conferences to be held in 2026 and,
- of the call FIR Edition 2026 which is used to finance the publications of colloquia funded as part of the Colloquium 2025 FIR campaign.
As in the previous year, there will be only one call for projects. The Research Commission will allocate a budget to the Components, which will then distribute it among the conference/publication applications that have been selected.
Timetable and submission procedures
- Submission of applications by research units: to the Campus DRVs at the following e-mail address: drv-depot-aap@univ-amu.fr
- Your usual contacts will be happy to help you put your application together.
- Deadline by Friday at the latest 19 September 2025 at noon, in electronic format (PDF) signed by the Unit Director.
- If several conferences are presented by the same laboratory, please forward your ranking to the Campus DRVs.

Please note that :
- To date, neither the Southern Region nor the Departmental Council have given any indication of the possibility of a future call for projects for "Scientific Outreach - Scheme to promote scientific events and scientific publishing".
- Metropolitan France is planning a new framework for funding applications for conferences. To date, only a few details have been communicated to us by the Metropolis (see document " selection criteria "). We will get back to you as soon as the finalised framework text specifying the eligibility criteria and submission procedures is known.
