The L'Oréal Foundation, in partnership with UNESCO and the Académie des Sciences, announces the opening of the call for applications for the 2019 edition of the France L'Oréal-UNESCO Fellowships for Women in Science.
Created in 2007, this programme aims to reveal and reward talented young women researchers. In total, 230 young women have benefited from a France L'Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science Scholarship.
In 2019, the L'Oréal Foundation will award 35 Fellowships, at least 5 of which will be dedicated exclusively to researchers carrying out their research work in the French overseas departments and territories:
- 15,000 each to doctoral students,
- 20,000 each to post-doctoral researchers.
