Early career grants for women scientists

The Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD) awards early career grants to women scientists.

The awards are worth up to 50,000 US dollars and are aimed at women who have completed a doctorate in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics and are working at a research institute or university in one of the least developed countries in science and technology.
Beneficiaries will be encouraged to pursue their research at an international level while remaining in their home institute, and to create research groups capable of attracting international visitors.
