The Ginkgo Foundation for the Environment would like to fund two research theses aimed at gaining a better understanding of biodiversity and/or ways of mitigating the crisis it is facing.
To this end, the Foundation is inviting applications from thesis supervisors whose projects fall within this field.
In practical terms, the Fondation Ginkgo is proposing to fund the salaries of the two PhD students for the three years of the thesis. Any other research costs (logistics, equipment, travel expenses, etc.) will not be eligible under this call for applications.
The Foundation will be able to support two thesis projects.
