The Ulysses programme's 2020 call for projects is open! Researchers have until Tuesday 24 September 2019 to submit their applications.

The Ulysses programme provides grants of up to €5,000 (€2,500 from France and €2,500 from Ireland) to help launch research projects involving researchers based in France and Ireland. It covers all research disciplines.
"Ulysses is the Hubert Curien Partnership (HCP) set up in Ireland by the Irish Research Council and in France by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and International Development and of Education, Higher Education and Research, via the French Embassy and Campus France.
For the second year, the programme's partners are :
the Irish electricity network operator EirGrid and its partner Réseau de Transport d'Électricité (RTE), for research projects on renewable energies and innovative electricity networks;
the Irish Health Research Board for health research projects;
the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland and France's Agence de l'environnement et de la maîtrise de l'énergie (Ademe), for projects dealing with climate change.
