On 23 October 2019, as part of the transverse End-to-End axis, M.I.O. researchers and engineers had the pleasure of welcoming fishermen and managers of the marine environment (Comité Régional des Pêches PACA, Parc National des Calanques and Mairie de Marseille) to Océanomed's premises on the Luminy Campus for presentations of their multidisciplinary research (from climate and currents to the biology of planktonic organisms, fish and fishing). These presentations were followed by discussions and a tour of the MIO laboratories. The enthusiastic feedback from all parties heralds the start of a great collaboration in our region.
