Dear colleagues,
In the current circumstances, which involve new ways of organising work, the CNRS offers all CNRS employees working in units, teleworking, on special leave or in any other administrative position who feel the need, free and confidential psychological support.
This support will be provided via remote consultations (either by telephone or video) by an occupational psychologist, made available by MGEN for CNRS staff, whether or not they are members of the mutual.
If a CNRS agent needs an appointment, you can contact the recently set up unit soutiencov@dr12.cnrs.fr composed
- Mr Vincent AUDIBERT, RRH CNRS DR12,
- 3 prevention doctors: Dr LAPEYRE Valérie, Dr ROSSI-MAITENAZ Catherine and Dr PARLANTI Christine
- the 2 CNRS nurses Mrs LOMBARDO Michèle and Mr RAMOS Serge
- CNRS social worker: Mrs Audrey ALLIO
Agents in distress can also contact me, and with your agreement I can give this unit your name and telephone number. One of the people in this unit will contact you and the agent to redirect him/her to the psychologist if necessary. The psychologist will call back within 48 hours to arrange a telephone appointment. This process is confidential.
During this period of confinement, the CNRS and the MGEN have put in place this specific procedure so that you can receive the best possible support in this process.
The psychologist identified will be dedicated to monitoring all CNRS staff in order to improve the quality of the services offered.
However, if the employee so wishes, he or she can contact a psychologist directly, without being accompanied by CNRS professionals, and contact the MGEN Psya service provider (CNRS or not) directly on 0800 10 50 56 to arrange an appointment with a psychologist. This general scheme is complementary to the one set up specifically by MGEN for the CNRS and allows each person to choose.
For all M I O agents and all supervisory bodies, I'm here to listen to your needs and can direct you to the appropriate department on a confidential basis.
