Dear colleagues,
As provided for in the modified Business Resumption Plan (PRA), all M I O-Marseille colleagues are expected to resume their normal face-to-face activities from 29 June, in compliance with health measures. For those who are prevented from doing so by health or family constraints supported by a certificate (work doctor, school....), the ASA situation or remote work may continue. People who feel unsure about returning to face-to-face work will be supported by work psychologists (from AMU or via the PAS-MGEN network) and by their line managers to find the best solutions. The physical distance of one metre between offices must be respected. If this measure cannot be respected, team managers will be able to organise schedules allowing colleagues to be present alternately. As far as the staff and premises of Toulon University are concerned, this changeover is not yet envisaged in this form. The PRA, which has been in force for several weeks, is still in force. Operations will therefore remain unchanged until the school closes. However, the facility will continue to monitor developments in the health crisis. The number of people, currently set at 30%, may change over the coming weeks.
Yours sincerely
Richard Sempéré
