As part of the 40th anniversary of cooperation between theVietnamese Academy of Science and Technology (VAST) and the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS), Professor Antoine Petit, Chairman and CEO of CNRS, visited Vietnam for a few days at the end of November 2023.
During his visit to the USTH and the IRD Representation in Hanoi, Antoine Petit met Marc Tedetti, Catherine Guigue and Pauline Martinot, who presented the IRD projects underway in Vietnam in which the MIO is actively involved, in particular theIRN SOOT-SEA (see photos), the LMI LOTUS (also presented by LEGOS researchers: Marine Herrmann, Sylvain Ouillon, Nadia Ayoub) and the oceanographic campaign CNFC PLUME.
