The MIM (microscopy and imaging) platform brings together microscopy and image analysis equipment in the following areas:
- Wide-field microscopy (white light and epifluorescence)
- Laser Scanning Confocal Microscopy (LSCM)
- Stereo microscopy
- Image analysis with zooscan and FlowCAM
The equipment available is :
- 1 confocal laser scanning microscope
- 6 upright microscopes equipped for epifluorescence, including 4 equipped for image analysis
- 1 upright microscope for observation in white light
- 2 inverted microscopes equipped for epifluorescence and image analysis
- 1 inverted microscope for observation in white light, equipped with a CCD camera
- 4 binocular magnifiers, 1 digital microscope (camera + HDMI monitor)
- 2 ZooScan, 1 FlowCAM
