The French National Research Agency (ANR) is launching a new scheme, the "Support for European or International Scientific Networks" (SRSEI) programme, to support the application of research networks that have already been set up and are coordinated by a French partner, to a European or international call for proposals.
The programme will run continuously throughout 2022.
SRSEI funding can only be applied for by coordinators working in a French public laboratory that has submitted a project to a two-stage European or international call for proposals, and has been invited to the second stage of the call.
The project submitted must not be the subject of other ANR funding, in particular via the MRSEI scheme.
What actions can be financed?
Selected proposals will be eligible for support of up to €17,000 for a 12-month period.
The aid received will be used exclusively to fund actions enabling the scientific network to meet up to prepare the final stage of the European or international application (mission expenses, meetings, receptions, etc.) and/or the provision of services to help finalise the European or international project.
How do I submit a project?
Applications to the SRSEI programme can be submitted throughout the year via the submission site. However, applications must be submitted no later than 15 calendar days after the result at stage 1 of the European or international call for which SRSEI funding is requested.
Once the application has been submitted in accordance with the procedures set out in the programme text, the coordinator must send an email to srsei@agencerecherche.fr its wish to include its request for support in the selection process.
