Following messages from the Presidency informing you of the restrictions on access to workplaces to combat the spread of the virus, I am coming back to you to clarify the implementation of this measure, in particular to enable staff to organise themselves so that they can work remotely:
- Staff can access their workplace on Monday to secure experiments or retrieve equipment or documents enabling them to work remotely, or for any other reason you deem important.
- Someone will have to be present to inform people who did not check their e-mail at the weekend.
- The people concerned by these exemptions will not have to stay at the laboratory once the missions or actions for which they are authorised to come have been carried out.
- make sure they keep a physical distance from colleagues when they come and respect barrier measures,
- ensure that you only take files that are strictly necessary for your work over the next few days and, as far as possible, avoid transporting files containing personal data or confidential documents.
I am counting on you to ensure that these instructions are respected and I sincerely thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
