The meeting on 12 and 13 October, which took place at the MIO Luminy, was the annual seminar for ANR SeqDigger partners.
The SeqDigger project tackles the problem of querying raw "omics" sequencing data on the fly to exploit the growing amount of data. The aim of this project is to build an ultra-fast, user-friendly search engine that compares a reading with data from large sequencing projects.
