In 2026, the CNRS is launching a call for projects on the theme of ecodesign, jointly run by the Mission for Transversal and Interdisciplinary Initiatives (MITI) and the Department for Relations with Companies (DRE), with the aim of fostering the emergence of new research dynamics within the CNRS's scientific communities, in conjunction with industry, eco-organisations, public institutions and local players.
This call for proposals is looking for innovative research projects approaching ecodesign from the angle of new scientific, legal and economic tools, methods, protocols, models, resources or concepts. These projects must be interdisciplinary and create or strengthen collaborations between different disciplines and between research laboratories or between research laboratories and economic players.
