Germaine de Staël is the Franco-Swiss Partenariat Hubert Curien (PHC). It is implemented in Switzerland by the Swiss Academy of Technical Sciences (Schweizerische Akademie der Technischen Wissenschaften, SATW) and the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SEFRI), and in France by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) and the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Space (MESRE).
The aim of this programme is to develop scientific and technological exchanges of excellence between laboratories and research teams in the two countries, by encouraging new cooperative ventures.
All scientific fields, including the humanities and social sciences, are covered by this programme.
Particular attention will be paid to projects whose themes are related to those of the Horizon Europe framework programme for research and innovation.
