As a reminder:
The aim of these programmes is to develop high-quality scientific and technological exchanges between research laboratories in the two scientific communities, by encouraging new cooperative ventures or the development of new fields of research.
The funding allocated is exclusively intended to finance the "additional international costs" of the projects, i.e. the mobility of the researchers involved in these partnerships.
General selection criteria: in addition to scientific excellence, the main assessment criteria are as follows:
the competence of the French team to carry out the project, the quality of the French infrastructure, the new nature of the cooperation, the need for the French team to work with the prospective foreign partner, the complementary nature of the teams, the mutual transfer of skills, the foreseeable scientific or industrial spin-offs AND the participation of PhD students and/or young scientists (postdocs) in the mobility.
The application form
For PHC & COFECUB: FOR THE FRENCH PART: the French team must enter the application files online on the Campus France extranet according to the procedures indicated on the Campus France website (to be distinguished from the file that your partner must send to its local authorities).
